This page explains how my photographs and films may be used, when attribution is required, and when my prior permission is needed.
Personal & Social Use
Published photographs and films may be shared or linked for private, non-commercial purposes using the sharing and linking features provided by the respective platform.
Downloading, reproducing, republishing, or uploading my image or video files to your own websites, social media accounts, or other platforms is only permitted with my express permission.
Where use of my work is permitted and no alternative agreement has been made, please use one of the following attribution credits:

Without my prior permission, the following is not permitted:

- Use on company websites, Marketing or advertising purposes
Commercial Use
Any business or commercial use requires prior permission or an appropriate license.

Prints & Digital Downloads
Purchasing prints, digital image files, or other media through my shop or an authorized service provider does not transfer any copyrights.
The type and scope of the rights granted are determined by the applicable agreement or the license terms governing the purchase.
When purchasing through third-party providers, their licensing and terms of use may also apply.
Copyright Notice
All photographs, films, aerial images, panoramas, 360° images, and other copyright-protected works on this website are protected by copyright unless otherwise stated.
The copyright remains with the respective copyright holder.

Individually Agreed Usage Rights
For photography, film, and media services created as part of a client project, usage rights are governed by the applicable agreement and the corresponding contractual terms.
Individually agreed usage and licensing rights for a specific project take precedence over this general information.
Frequently Asked Questions
May I share your images on Instagram or other social media platforms?
Yes.
Published posts may be shared for private, non-commercial purposes using the sharing and linking features provided by the respective platform.
Downloading and re-uploading my images or films to your own account is only permitted with my express permission.
May I edit your images?
No.
Editing is only permitted if expressly authorized or covered by the usage rights granted.
May I use your images on my business website?
Not without the appropriate usage rights.
Use on a corporate website generally requires an appropriate commercial use license.
May I print a purchased image?
This depends on the license granted at the time of purchase.
When purchasing a digital image, printing is only permitted within the scope of the usage rights granted. When purchasing a print, you acquire the physical copy, but not the copyright to the underlying work.
Do I own the image after purchasing it?
Copyright is not transferred through the purchase.
You acquire the respective product along with the expressly granted usage rights. Copyright remains with the respective copyright holder.
